  • Converted a sixth bedroom into a large custom walk-in closet and expanded primary suite
  • Opened the kitchen and dining area with a new structural beam
  • Transformed the former laundry and half bath into a butler’s pantry
  • Added a large accordion door and patio cover for seamless indoor-outdoor living
  • Preserved original beams and mid-century lighting to maintain the home’s character
